I’ve experimented with using automatic and manual settings until I was blue in the face. She advised me to use the Vista drivers, which I did, though I configured installation for Vista compatibility mode.

Come on Logitech – 38MB just for the installer for the software? I was surprised when it recommended using “XP” compatibility, since I am using drivers labelled as written for Windows Vista but when I finished the wizard using that setting, I had no more problems choosing which audio devices were selected for which functions.

I am running Windows 7 x32 enterprise and was having problems with my quickcall as well. Well, sort of for me. Clicking Retry on the removal application should allow it to continue. Logitech is getting out of the USB speakerphone game and there currently is quite the fire-sale on them.
